Elance is one of the online marketplace site where freelancer and projects owners meet to get the job done.

How it workes? 

For bidders----- 

Clients choose their bid depending on the individual criteria.Sometimes it is the quality of previous work or the quantity of experience in a particular area that will win over the lesser bid. If your bid has been chosen,an agreement is setup between you and the client.Agreements that may include but are no limited to are the work to be done,fee to be paid and completion date. Elance compensate each person for the job done as completion of the project.

For Clients----- 

You can place your request for free on Elance if you want to acquire an outsource work. People apply for the job, sending you their information.They remit a proposal of their required payment. Upon entering an agreement with the freelancer,you simply select t5he most fitted individual for work. If you would like to get over the freelancer profile page to find and select the most fit for the projects,you may do so.Then you will now contact the freelancer if he pr she is interested with the project.
